Karibu-Kilifair 2025 Expo: Preparations are in high gear ahead of the June showcase

ARUSHA, TANZANIA – Preparations are in high gear for the 2025 edition of the Karibu-Kilifair (KKF), East Africa’s leading tourism trade show, set to take place from June 6 to 8 in Arusha.

The annual expo, organized by KILIFAIR Promotion Ltd is expected to draw over 500 exhibitors from more than 15 countries and 700+ international buyers.

Positioned as a key platform for B2B networking, destination marketing, and tourism investment, KKF 2025 will feature more than 40,000 square meters of exhibition space.

It will include scheduled buyer meetings, panel discussions, cultural showcases, and forums focused on regional integration, product innovation, and digital transformation in tourism.

The event, which has grown into a major meeting point for tour operators, destination management companies, and global media, will also introduce thematic forums targeting strategic development in African tourism.

This year’s program aims to generate actionable insights and foster cross-sectoral collaboration in wildlife tourism, hospitality, transport, and ecotourism.

Backed by government ministries, tourism boards, private sector sponsors, and pan-African associations, KKF continues to cement its reputation as a results-driven marketplace and policy-shaping platform.

With exhibition space nearly sold out, tourism stakeholders are urged to secure their participation.

International buyers can still apply for the semi-hosted program, offering tailored networking opportunities and direct access to East Africa’s dynamic travel market.
